When you trust us with procurement — which is part of this service — we give back 35% of your service fee as credit toward your furniture and decor. Same rules as always: all pieces come through us, and you stay responsive through the process.

HOW THE THREE WEEKS BREAK DOWN
Week 1 — We assess the space, understand how you use it, and build the concept. You see the direction and tell us yes or refine.
Week 2 — We finalize selections and begin procurement. Everything sourced, ordered, coordinated.
Week 3 — Delivery coordination and final styling direction.
Lead times on specific furniture pieces may extend beyond the three weeks — we’ll always tell you upfront if something takes longer. No surprises.
