This is for spaces up to 800 sq ft. Condos, apartments, studios. The spaces most designers overlook — we've made them our specialty.

THE DOPPIA CREDIT
Here's something we do that most studios don't.
When you trust us with the full process — design, procurement, coordination, all of it — we give back 35% of your design fee as credit toward your furniture and decor. That's real money back into your space, applied when everything comes together at the end.
It's our way of saying: when you're fully in, so are we.
To keep the credit, three things need to stay true throughout the project:
1. All furniture and decor comes through us. We have trade access to the best suppliers — you get better pieces at better prices than shopping alone, and we handle everything.
2. Construction admin stays with us. No bringing in outside contractors without our coordination. This protects the design, the timeline, and honestly — your budget.
3. You respond to proposals within 48 hours. We move fast. To hit 45 days, we need you present when decisions come up. Life happens — if something comes up and you need more time, just tell us. We're human. But consistent delays past 72 hours pause the clock.
That's it. No fine print maze. Just a process that works when we work it together.

Starting at $15 / sq ft — 500 sq ft minimum.
For a 600 sq ft space, that's $9,000. You get back $3,150 in furniture credit. And you get a finished space in 45 days.
